Seared mackerel fillets with soft herb and saffron scented green vegetables and preserved lemon

Sliced sirloin of beef on a spinach and fresh horseradish salad with a red onion compote

Homemade smoked haddock and chive tart with coriander scented spaghetti vegetables

Scallops of char grilled chicken breast served with a dressed Caesar salad and garlic croutes

Choose one from the following:

Honey roast tian of root vegetables scented with rosemary and brushed with green pesto

Roasted vegetable and baby pepper bruschetta with lemon scented cous cous and beetroot dip

Sautéed baby leek and crushed walnut tart with a welsh rarebit topping accompanied by a red oak and curly endive salad
