Choose two from the following:

Pan fried balsamic glazed salmon on a bed of sautéed rocket with a sun blush tomato cream sauce

Braised beef olives and root vegetables in a black cherry sauce garnished with stilton dumplings

Homemade smoked fish and dill pie topped with pesto scented mashed potatoes

Roast Somerset pork loin in a light cider sauce accompanied by fresh apple fritters

Stir fried chicken strips with lemon grass scented vegetables and a white wine and coconut sauce

Seared rainbow trout fillet in a lobster, mussel and chive cream sauce

Grilled lemon scented escalope of chicken in a light tomato and ratatouille sauce



Vegetarian
Choose one from the following:

Baked butternut squash and bubble and squeak crumble

Sweet and sour vegetables infused with coriander and accompanied by tomato flavoured rice cakes

Savoury vegetable bake wrapped in rosemary scented puff pastry and served with spiced cream sauce

Crumbed honey roasted vegetable cakes served on a bed of mushy peas scented with fresh mint
