Our venue has a range of stunning spaces to host private dinner, ranging from our Elizabethan style Library overlooking St James's Park to our new Christopher Hinton room located in our Presidential Suite.
Our Library, located on the second floor, can host dinners for up to 120 guests.The grand Elizabethan style Library is clad in warm oak and has stunning views over St James’s Park. The Library is ideal for evening drinks receptions and dinners and provides a real ‘wow factor’ for your guests. Our Library is only available as event space during the evenings on weekdays.

Located on the lower ground floor, the unique Venetian palazzo-styled Marble Hall and adjoining Gallery are perfect for dinners for up to 72 guests. Two registration desks and our main cloakroom are located just outside the Marble Hall. Our Marble Hall and Gallery are only available as event spaces during the evenings on weekdays.
Located on the second floor, the Council room features Edwardian styled antique oak panelling and an ornate plaster ceiling. One of our larger rooms, the Council room is a flexible space and can be arranged in a variety of layouts. It is also a popular room for evening drinks receptions and dinners. A registration table and a coat rail are available outside the room. We are also able to provide audio visual equipment should this be required.
The Manufacturing Room offers an abundance of natural light and views over St James Park. One of our larger rooms, the room is a flexible space and can be arranged in a variety of layouts. This room is also ideal as syndicate space when used in conjunction with the Lecture Theatre. A registration table and a coat rail are available outside the room.
Located on the ground floor, on the impressive Presidential corrdor, the George Stephenson room can fit up to 22 people in a boardroom style layout. The room can also be used as a private meeting room or Green Room alongside larger events due to its close proximity to the Lecture Theatre.
