We are ready to welcome you at our venue.
Following the Prime Minister’s announcement of the roadmap to ease national lockdown, we wanted to let you know that we are looking forward to welcoming you.
Here are the key dates for resuming events at our venue in accordance with Government rules:
- 29 March: Open for filming and photography without live audience, as well as small, essential meetings for work, training and education purposes, including for charitable and medical use, nursery activities, volunteering and mutual aid groups.
- 17 May: Events of up to 30 people or 50% capacity of our spaces will be permitted, allowing for physical distancing during the events.
- 21 June: Larger events may take place without restrictions.
We understand that UK Government may change the rules at short notice, as a result, for the next couple of months, we are offering flexibility to change dates at short notice at no additional charge. You also have the option to switch your event to a hybrid format, by making use of our recently upgraded audio-visual equipment and specialist team, to deliver events where people attend virtually and in person.
Here is some of the measures we have put in place to ensure you have a COVID-secure experience with One Birdcage Walk.
We understand that Government guidance can change any time, so we are offering free date changes for events booked until at least June 2021.

Ensuring physical distancing
Wherever possible, we have implemented a one-way system or clearly marked areas to allow physical distancing in common areas of the building. All our event spaces have also been assessed to enable physical distancing.
View revised room capacities
An important part of any event, catering has been reviewed so that we can provide pre-packaged options for delegates to collect and enjoy in their own space. We also want to assure you that our catering staff will be wearing PPE when setting up catering.
